 In these end times many people are too stressed to meditate. They become slaves to their emotions, justifying their actions in a cycle of negative thoughts that harm the body and block connection with universal energy.
The answers come when you rest the mind and relax the body. You don’t have to go anywhere or sit in unnatural positions. Just focus on slow, deep breathing. Pray for guidance. Ask for insight, healing and answers; or trust enough to let the answers come to you. If you are unsure, you can try guided meditations suited to your situation. I began focused meditation with these and they work. Many are free and found on YouTube or other platforms. Once you begin your own meditative practice, deep cleansing and healing occur. You feel more balanced as divine connection is restored. Add crystals, incense, candles and natural music to enhance your experience. If you can go outdoors, Mother nature is our sanctuary of positive energy and the perfect place to meditate. If you can’t leave the matrix for good at this time, you can connect with universal love and wisdom any time you want to. Just relax and let your loving Father, Mother, angels and ancestors heal your heart. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
