 Went all the way to the Brisbane Supreme Court today, 29th September, 2025 to ensure my civil claim against The State Of Queensland was filed correctly; after Supreme Court Registrar forced me change my civil claim to ‘originating application’ in 2021.
The clerk took my statement of claim “out the back” to her overseer. Well, an older woman came from ‘out the back’ and sternly told me my case was frivolous - without viewing my timeline of facts and evidence? She noticed I was filming and immediately called the guards. They rushed over and took my phone out of my hand. They made me delete the video even though there were cameras on me. I was filming for my own records and protection. The woman tried not to look smug as she carried on, backed by her minions and the guards. I was angry. I told her I was there to file my civil claim and planned to serve it straight away on State Of Queensland lawyers as they were only streets away. Her and the minions eventually took my claim and evidence exhibits, saying they only took them on some legality made up by the State Of Queensland, blah blah blah. What? So if they refuse to examine evidence; it ceases to exist? I was furious. I did not want my civil claim, statement of claim, my sworn, witnessed timeline of facts/ affidavit, my evidence exhibit list, my one hundred and eighty four evidence pages to be filed incorrectly by the court to align with false evidence from closed case presented in Brisbane Supreme Court 2021 by State Of Queensland lawyers. Judge Upheld State Of Queensland False Evidence From Closed Case! I WILL NOT PLAY THE VICTIM IN YOUR THEATRE OF LIES AGAIN, ‘MATE’. TO INSIST I CHANGE CIVIL CLAIM TO ORIGINATING APPLICATION IN SKEWED COURT SYSTEM MEANS STATE ‘EVIDENCE’ TRUMPS TRUTH. The court is supposed to rubber stamp the process of justice the system purports to facilitate. But the reality is, the Supreme Court Brisbane exists to Obstruct And Pervert The Course Of Justice when The State is Being Sued. State’s litany of lies about me and my injuries cannot stand against truth and reality on a level playing field. According to Queensland State website The Westminster legal system is supposed to operate here. Meaning the courts are proclaimed to be separate from the State. According to Queensland State legislation website disclaimer, their court clerks, judges etc., are not held accountable for their actions. Got email from Deputy Registrar “Client Communications Unit’ On 29September 2025, the Senior Applications Judge directed the Registrar to refuse to issue the originating process without leave of the court. Therefore, your Claim and Statement of Claim remains unfiled. Firstly, I am not a client of an inequitable system shielding the State from the facts and consequences of their corrupt system. Secondly dearie, you may only address me as Mrs Rule. Such a hassle to go there with extensive spinal injuries. I had to try and lie down on very uncomfortable chairs. Disability discrimination right there. I was coping with intense pain, waited to be called, only to be told that I had to go to a different building to get JP signature. During the body scan the guard said I had to take off my boots and socks - as they looked suspicious? O..K.. I had packed my bed socks so put them on and waited for ticket to see JP. 2021 I first sent in my civil claim to address/terminate the ongoing damage done to my life due to corruption/collusion in Queensland State medical/ legal industries. There are no limits to how low these types go to defame and silence Queenslanders who complain about abuse in state systems. It was not only his abuse but the abuse of Queensland State doctors since the complaint that was/is an inversion of the role they are legally required by Queensland State to play in society according to Queensland State Human Rights and Hospital Act. They joined with legal cronies to paint a false picture through falsifying /omitting evidence, false reporting, discrimination, outrageous defamation and malicious malpractice. Chiropractor states my injuries worst seen in thirty years of practice; including dislocated vertebra at base of my spine, twisted and bent upper spine and displaced left shoulder girdle. Queensland State doctors said I had no evidence of blood clots then refused administration of blood thinning medication when blood clots became evident. All the while defaming me behind my back. Some of their legal statements about me so horrific the pages were blank ‘as it would be too psychologically damaging for me to view them’. So, 29th September 2025 I went to file my papers; praying for Justice as I had so many times over the last seventeen years. I prayed for God’s protection and called on my angels and soul family to be with me; and they were. I felt strong in spirit, no matter how rotten the court system and how pathetic it was to even be there. I showered as soon as I got home to wash off the filth, corruption and scum permeating that negative space. It was like a weight was lifted from my life as I had handed over indisputable facts.
